MacroTracker Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how users of the MacroTracker app by Quick Life Solutions can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your MacroTracker account, please email us at:
Please include the email address used for your MacroTracker account so we can identify your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete account data associated with your MacroTracker account, including:
- Your account profile
- Your food tracking data
- Your macro tracking data
- Your weight tracking data
- Your water tracking data
- Other app data linked to your account
Data Retention
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Deleting Some App Data Without Deleting Your Account
MacroTracker currently does not provide a separate request process for deleting only some app data while keeping the account active. Users may request full account deletion using the email address above.
