These Terms of Service govern your use of MacroTracker, a nutrition and weight tracking app created by QuickLife Solutions.
By using MacroTracker, you agree to these Terms.

Use of MacroTracker

MacroTracker is provided to help you track food, calories, macros, weight, water intake, and related personal goals.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the app.

No Medical Advice

Accounts and Guest Use

You may use MacroTracker as a guest with data stored locally on your device. You may also choose to sign in for optional
cloud sync. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for
activity associated with your account.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the food, weight, water, profile, and progress information you enter into MacroTracker.
By using optional cloud sync, you authorize MacroTracker and its service providers to store and process synced data
as needed to provide the app.

Barcode and Food Data

MacroTracker may use barcode lookup features and third-party or public food databases. Nutrition data can be incomplete,
outdated, or inaccurate. You should verify important nutrition information from product labels or trusted sources.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MacroTracker for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access another user’s data or account.
• Interfere with the app, backend services, sync systems, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse MacroTracker except where allowed by law.

App Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MacroTracker at any time. We do not guarantee that the app,
sync features, barcode lookup, or third-party services will always be available or error-free.

Data Backup

MacroTracker may provide export and import features, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important
data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, user action, service interruption, or other events
outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuickLife Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, or for health, nutrition, fitness, business, data, or financial losses arising from your use of
MacroTracker.

Privacy

Your use of MacroTracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how MacroTracker handles
local data, optional cloud sync, camera permission, and diagnostics.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
Continued use of MacroTracker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to QuickLife Solutions, without regard to conflict of law principles.
